Custom & Pre-Order

Textile availability: Should your selected fabric become unavailable, our atelier will offer exquisite alternative options, invite you to select a different design, or process a full refund.

Exclusivity: Given their custom nature, pre-order pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.

 Quality Assurance: Should you encounter any craftsmanship defects, please notify our concierge within 3 days of receipt for a prompt resolution.

 Refinement Services: We offer one complimentary alteration per order. Requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the garment; subsequent adjustments will incur a refinement fee.

Ready-to-Wear Collections

Exchanges: We accept exchange requests for ready-to-wear pieces within 3 days of delivery. We facilitate one exchange per item, with the client assuming responsibility for all two-way shipping logistics, taxes, and duties.

 Returns: Return requests must be initiated within 3 days of receipt. Approved returns will be credited to the original payment method or issued as store credit, excluding original shipping and tax fees.

 Condition of Acceptance: Items must be returned in their original, pristine condition unworn, unaltered, and free from fragrances. Items that are damaged or soiled cannot be accepted and will be returned to the client at their expense.

 Ready-to-Wear Alterations: Alteration services are available for a nominal fee. Once an item undergoes alteration, it is considered a final sale and is no longer eligible for return or exchange.

 Logistics & The Refund Journey

 Shipping Partners: We entrust our international deliveries to premier couriers, including DHL, FedEx, and Aramex.

 The Return Process: Upon approval, a shipping label will be provided. Please allow 24–72 hours for the third-party courier to coordinate collection. Once received at our atelier, the piece will undergo inspection within 2–3 working days.

 Refund Timelines: Following a successful inspection, refunds are processed within 10 working days. Please note that two-way delivery charges (sending and return) will be deducted from the final refund amount.
